This program provides a free roof to a family or individual in need throughout the Greater Dayton area. Whether out of necessity, or you simply wish for an upgrade, count on Van Martin to completely remove and replace your roof. And remember: this roof has zero cost to you, it’s a completely free roof replacement!

Van Martin is a local roofing company that wants to connect with the residents in the Greater Dayton area. Ever since our founding, we’ve made it our goal to serve the Dayton area and the surrounding counties. Although, we’ve never had a formal program in place to give back to the community. How To Apply

Applying is simple: simply go to the On The House application on our website (located under the “About” tab), tell us your story, and why you need a new roof! Submissions open on September 1st and close on October 1st. Once the application deadline has been reached, Van Martin’s leadership team will take it upon themselves to review and select a winner amongst the candidates.
