  • Standard Warranty
  • Systems Plus GAF
  • Sure Start Certain Teed Non-Prorated

Let’s explore the three different warranties.

Standard Warranty

A Standard Warranty is offered by both CertainTeed and GAF. This covers material defects for life and workmanship for five years.

System Plus GAF

This covers material defects for life and workmanship for ten years on all GAF roofing systems installed by Van Martin Roofing. The coverage is free to transfer and covers a maximum wind speed of 130 miles per hour, which is a Category 3 hurricane.

Sure Start Certain Teed Non-Prorated

This also covers material defects for life and workmanship for ten years on all CertainTeed roofing systems installed by Van Martin roofing. Sure Start also covers the full cost of material and labor, regardless of how much time has passed since the policy went into effect. This means you will not be charged a prorated rate as long as you have this warranty. This policy is also transferable.
